InnHouse Licensed Retail Concepts (iLRC) announces the sale of Johnson Street Liquor Store to George Petropavlis, owner of Rivers Reach Pub & Liquor Store in New Westminster. iLRC purchased the Licensed Retail Store (LRS) license and developed the store in 2005. Under the leadership of Salim Karim, the store developed a loyal customer base and experienced strong revenue/profit growth. The sale allowed George the opening to meet his objective of expanding his business, and provides iLRC with the opportunity to realize on a successful investment and re-deploy the capital into new opportunities. “The sale of our interest in Johnson Street comes with mixed emotions”, stated iLRC CEO Salim Karim. “On the one hand it’s always nice to realize on a successful investment, especially when we can help a friend meet his objectives.
