InnHouse announces the sale of its interest in Lonsdale Quay Hotel to former partner Dinu Samji. The 70 room, full-service waterfront hotel has been in the Karim family since 1989. The friendly transaction adds to Dinu’s impressive portfolio while providing InnHouse the capital to redeploy in other investments.

Under the combined leadership of Didar, Amin and Salim Karim the Lonsdale Quay Hotel is the premier boutique hotel on the North Shore. With loyal guests and tireless effort from the staff, the Lonsdale Quay Hotel receive honourable mention from BC Business Magazine as a top employer in the province.
