iC is proud to announce the acquisition of Maplewood Apartments from a national American Bank in Glendale Arizona with local joint venture partners Mentor Real Estate Advisors. This acquisition brings iC’s interest to over 900 units in the Phoenix multi-family market. In 2011 iC purchased an interest (with Mentor) in Arroyo Palms, Brandywood, and Asante Apartments.The purchase of Maplewood furthers iC’s intention of strategically acquiring well priced and well position multi-family assets in the Greater Phoenix market. iC will continue to evaluate opportunities in this and other USA markets though out 2012.
