The 45 unit warehouse-artist loft conversion is ideally situated across the street from a major ($160M) mixed use development which will include 438 apartments and 78,620 square feet of office and retail space, along with nearly 50,000 square feet of public outdoor space. In 2011 iC acquired over 900 multi-family units in the metro-Phoenix area with joint venture partner Mentor Real Estate Advisors. The move into Los Angeles furthers iC’s intention of strategically acquiring well priced and well position multi-family assets in the USA market. iC will continue to evaluate opportunities in this and other USA markets though out 2012.
