InnHouse Capital appoints new Director of Business Development

VANCOUVER – March 18, 2014 – InnHouse Capital is pleased to announce that Khaled Shariff has joined the organization as the Director of Business Development.

Khaled Shariff succeeds Jamil Murji, who recently partnered with InnHouse Capital in the acquisition of Inter-Urban Delivery Service Ltd. (Inter-Urban) in late 2013. Mr. Murji, CEO of Inter-Urban, stated “I have the utmost confidence in Mr. Shariff and have no doubt that he will continue to grow the InnHouse Group of Companies network through 2014.”

Mr. Shariff will be leading the acquisition efforts of InnHouse Capital, seeking out further companies to join the InnHouse Group of Companies network. Mr. Shariff brings considerable knowledge in the field of mergers and acquisitions. Having practised corporate and commercial law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP for the past four years, Mr. Shariff leans on diverse transactional experience in assuming this role. Mr. Shariff holds degrees in law (JD), business administration (MBA) and electrical engineering (BASc).
