- Geography: Metro Vancouver preferred; open to Western
Canada - Industries of Interest: service-based industries, B2B
businesses, retail, distribution, niche manufacturing, and
specialty finance - Business Profile: profitable, stable cash flows, low capital
intensity, recurring or diversified revenues, strong competitive
positioning - Seller Profile: suitable for owners seeking a full exit, staged
transition, or partnership
Transaction Flexibility
We are open to majority buyouts, minority investments, and
partnerships where we can add value alongside existing
owners and management.
